Day 339 -At the Bite of Portland and was taking some photos in the wine area. I’m not much of a wine fan, but they sure do make for some nice photos. I I love the reflections in this photo, and a special thanks to Maria and Freddie for being such great hosts. -AUGUST 10

Day 338 -Had a beautiful drive from San Francisco to Portland with Mount Shasta along the way. I can see why so many people like living in Northern Calif. -AUGUST 9

Day 332 -I was very excited to see a cactus that looks like the kind you see on the cartoons. The sunset was magnificent and I had to bypass some barriers to take the shot. Thankfully no arrests were made. -AUGUST 3

Day 331 -In honor of one of my closest friend’s birthday, I had Korean BBQ. It was my first time for me and very good. I got to cook my own dinner right in the middle of the table. Happy early birthday to my favorite Korean. -AUGUST 2

Day 330 -A beautiful day as I crossed into New Mexico from Texas. A lot to choose from with the 15 hour drive today, but I think it turned out just fine. -August 1
