Starting on Sept 6, I began doing a photo-a-day. The only rule is that it was taken that day. Enjoy.
Day 287 -So it was somewhat of a dare to photograph the water bottle for today’s photo, so I tried to get creative. It’s a little a camel my roommate brought me back from Dubai. Also I won’t tell you who, but the bottle has DNA from a former American Idol. -JUNE 19
Day 286 -Country singer Casey James came to Djibouti to play for us troops. It’s a tough crowd to get into the show when it’s 99˚out 9:00 but he rocked the house. -JUNE 18
Day 285 -It was a good ole fashioned Texas Hold’em tournament at the club tonight. I captured some of the action, but it wasn’t quite like it is on ESPN. Especially when no money is involved. -JUNE 17

Day 281 -My co-worker Tom saw a need for soccer equipment at the orphanage and contacted his local soccer association back home. Day 280 -You can never go wrong with flowers right? They were just blowing in the light breeze on a 108 degree day, while on my way to lunch. -JUNE 12

Day 278 -The sun was setting over what’s known as Kluville. It’s seems rare to be able to see the sun as a circle without it burning your retina. So I thought I was photo worthy. -JUNE 10
Day 277 -What happens when you mix a macro and some fun processing? VOILA! Ironically the most time consuming part of this photo was trying to figure out how to spell/google the word, “voila.”
